Scope and business customers
These terms govern every contract between Pharolo, Pelle Krukow, Hamburg (Pharolo) and its customers. Pharolo sells to businesses only. By ordering you confirm that you act as an entrepreneur under § 14 BGB, in plain English, you order for a business, a trade or a profession, not as a private person. Consumer rights, including a right of withdrawal, do not apply.
The service
Pharolo asks AI assistants questions about your industry and place through their official interfaces, stores their answers and shows you whether your business is named, who is named instead, which pages are cited and what to change. Pharolo measures. It does not promise a ranking, a mention or a position, and nobody can. Subject to the liability section, a report is a measurement, not advice; the answers are the assistants' own.
Trial and the 0,01 € check
A paid plan starts with a 14 day trial. To start it we ask Mollie to verify your card with a 0,01 € charge that creates the payment mandate. The 0,01 € is not refunded and not credited against your first invoice. Nothing else is charged before the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial, the account stays open until the trial ends and nothing else is charged. If you do not cancel, the plan you chose starts when the trial ends and the first month or year is charged to the mandate; we remind you by email before that. One trial per payment method.
Prices and payment
Prices are in EUR, net of VAT, per month or per year. VAT is added for German customers; EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse charge procedure; customers outside the EU are not charged German VAT. The yearly price is 10 times the monthly price and is charged once per year in advance. Invoices are sent by email as PDF and, on request, in a structured electronic format.
Term and cancellation
Monthly plans run for one month and renew monthly. Yearly plans run for one year and renew yearly. You can cancel any time from the panel with effect from the end of the current term. Pharolo can end the contract with 30 days' notice to the end of a term, and for cause, in particular after a warning that a material breach was not cured within 14 days.
Use of AI assistants and the budget clause
The cost of asking the assistants is included in the price. To keep that possible each plan has a budget of questions and runs.
- Starter: 15 questions per site, 2 repetitions per question in the weekly run, a daily pulse of 3 questions.
- Pro: 30 questions per site, 3 repetitions per question in the weekly run, a daily pulse of 5 questions.
- Agency: 30 questions per site on up to 10 sites, 3 repetitions per question in the weekly run, a daily pulse of 5 questions.
In the weekly run every question goes to 4 assistants. If a run would exceed the daily budget Pharolo runs it with fewer questions and tells you so in the panel; it never invents an answer to fill the gap. Questions dropped for budget reasons are re-run within 24 hours.
Your obligations
You may scan sites you are allowed to measure, which includes your own and public sites of competitors. You may not use Pharolo to overload a website or an assistant, to resell the answers as your own service, or to scan sites that are not businesses.
Liability
Pharolo is liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz). For slight negligence Pharolo is liable only for the breach of essential contractual duties, meaning duties whose fulfilment makes the proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on which you may regularly rely, and only for damage typical for this kind of contract and foreseeable at conclusion.

The privacy notice at https://pharolo.com/legal/privacy is part of these terms. Where Pharolo processes personal data on your behalf, a data processing agreement is available on request.
Law and venue
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes with merchants (Kaufleute) is Hamburg. These terms exist in English and German; the German version is the binding one. Version 2026-09-01.
